I thought that the key sequence ^* was specific to Solaris, it seems that it applies to X11 as well http://www.dcc.unicamp.br/~stolfi/EXPORT/www/ISO-8859-1-Encoding.html I don't see any reference to ^0 (which is a LaTeX syntax) in this table. The (qt3 ?) bug remains: LyX prints all right the expected result of the key sequence, but leaves the first character of the sequence on screen (and on the output). Moreover, I tried with lyx-1.5.0b1 and lyx-1.5.0svn: the key sequence is printed as is. A different behaviour of qt4 ? -- Jean-Pierre
