The clock is ticking folks, deadline March 12!
I put two project proposals on the Wiki as well as I could write them. One
is my own original proposal, the other more general.
What we need is an administrator, a backup admin, and one or more mentors.
It's the organization that submits the application... I'm not sure if that
should be a legal person. (Do we have one?)
I put in José as the administator -- he is the trunk coordinator after
all ;-/
Please read this, improve, tie up the loose ends... time is of the
essence.
