What is this about? I don't have a folder
C:/Programme/LyX 1.5beta1-19-02-2007/Resources/./bind/
on my system, only a folder
C:/Programme/LyX 1.5beta1-19-02-2007/Resources/bind/
(without the dot)

The . is fine because "/./" = "/". This message is talking about
de_menus.bind (old) and de/menus.bind (new). I guess you need to
update your preference.
