According to this thread http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=lyx-devel&m=116483166427366&w=3 16, 24, 32 and 48 are the standard icon sizes on windows, while KDE also knows 16, 32, 28 and uses 22 for toolbars. IMO we should start with two sizes: 16 and either 22 or 24 (I have no strong opinion which is better). If somebody really needs 32 or larger he should create that :-) Georg
