Come on, Uwe, people are going to pay attention to more important things than the color of the "Note" text. > > I think that the current color is quite legible, and now the thing is > > being discussed. > > You say you don't care, I prefer the current color and Uwe the old one. > > We are currently at a stall, so we need other opinions on the matter. > > I don't have preferences for the color, I just want to have a color > contrast, so you can also use > e.g. green or whatever you and the others like. Blue was OK for me. What > was your intention to > change it from blue to "gold"? As I already said, the change to blue was done by Bo two months ago because he was using a very light color as background after his button revolution. After he changed the color backgroud to a darker tone I thought that the original color could be restored, because yellow is the color that is associated to notes. However, I was concerned that yellow had a bad contrast and so I used a dark gold color. Had I imagined that this would have provoked your reaction (or any other's for that matter), I would have not changed anything. This is not nothing to fight on, I can change that color in my preferences and we are simply wasting our time. For this reason I am going to replace it with blue again without even waiting for someone else opinion as I doubt we will see any. -- Enrico
