Another idea concerning the two empty paragraphs: maybe a configuration
entry whether the empty paragraph should be inserted above or below the
caption is useful.
That would be nice indeed.
Maybe it could be defined in the layout file?
I think I'd prefer a configuration in the document settings dialog.
