Why wait with the first beta for possible fileformat changes? I can think of
several ones that could happen, for example some cjk changes or removal of
the protected hyphen inset (for the same reason why we removed
InsetLatexaccent). Of course we should not plan bib risky changes, but we
don't do that anyway.
IMHO the beta should be released ASAP. Whether we will need 3, or only two
should be decided when we know how many new bugs the first beta uncovers.
