I agree with John and Jean-Marc that the right side is irritating because of 
the scrollbar. Besides, this toolbar is so short that it looks like a huge 
waste of space to me if it uses a row of its own (left or right).

Personally, I will put it on top anyway. So now that placing multiple toolbars 
on one row works (at least in the session file, i.e. _after_ the first 
startup), I'd vote for putting this toolbar on top. 

What do others think?
