1.5svn problem with "letter" and other classes where paragraphs have captions

Start todays lyx-1.5svn
Create a new document from the "letter" template.
Notice how the paragraph types
"Opening", "Closing" and so on don't have their usual
captions in red. 

Change the paragraph types back and forth a bit, and the captions
magically appear here and there. Typically, the changed paragraph
as well as its neighbours are affected.
