SVN changeset 16895 fix bug 3127

Bo, this change destroys here the display of the view/update toolbar. This toolbar is set to be 
diplayed at the richt side, now it is displayed above the File menu.
Although compiled with Qt 4.2.1 I think there is something not correct in you 
implementation.
Could this be or is eevrything fine when compiling with Qt 4.2.2?
