Probably yes. Needs some debugging work... Martin, as you are the expert
of this "wide" property I could use your help.
You have to uncomment the "#define INSET_CAPTION" line in insetcaption.h
in order to try it (it is disabled by default).
I propose to put this in and to enable it only when the lyx2lyx support
is done and the (minor) wide frame problem is solved.
I don't like this interim "#define INSET_CAPTION". If we decide to put that
in I can do the lyx2lyx part quickly (it will be easy), and I would prefer
to put both parts in in one patch.
