Yes, I have a success, but with the addition of the (tex-)encoding, "utf8x" instead of "utf8". The reason is that our local character macro style files use "utf8x" as the inputencoding def file. So I had to add one line in "lib/encodings" as "Encoding utf8x utf8x UTF-8 End" This enables me to set " Document -> Settings -> Language -> Encoding -> utf8x" for korean character viewing. --cghan
