That is not the question. For historical reasons, the table dialog is unusable and has been for years. I doubt that anybody questions this. The question is: Are we going to fix this for 1.5.0, or not? I guess the asnwer is: If we find a volunteer to do so. I think that we have many more srious bugs to solve first. What was the result when we discussed last time whether the table toolbar should be automatic by default or not? I don't remember, but we should not start this discussion again, rather use the old conclusions. Georg
