Not good. We should cache all files. This makes the code simpler.
I thought a bit more about this and I think I disagree. It is OK to
cache bibtex filenames because they are not supposed to change. But it
is quite possible that you want to move one bib file onto another
directory without having to restart LyX. Because of that, we should
always make sure that the pointed file name really exists.
