By looking at the patch, I tend to agree.
Indeed, we should not advertise unicode in 1.5 unless cjk and RTL works fine. If that is not the case, then 1.5 should only be advertised as a developer cleanup and GUI enhancement (qt4, latex preview, advanced TOC, etc).
Don't forget change tracking :-)
