Such implementation would be the cleanest since only chosen literate programming format would be available at the moment. However there still needs to be a way to handle (tex2lyx or somethingelse2lyx, layout file and specific wavers and tanglers) chosen literate programming approach - i.e. noweb, nuweb, cweb, ... and finnaly my ranting about sweave.
