That is a known problem. I sometimes get this, too, but not always, and I
don't know the reason.
As far as I can tell, the problem always occurs if the file does not
exist on the disk, yet.
As soon as I press
OK, the assertion is violated.
Can you please produce a backtrace and the value of name_ that makes the
assertion fail? Without that I don't know how to find the problem.
I will investigate at the weekend.
