Yes, I know, and I agree it is much better.

I was not trying to criticize the cleanup that was done. The reason
why I asked you to take a look was because I know that tweaking this
to work well for the various situations was not easy and I did not
want to introduce new bugs.

My remark quoted above was on a different level: I just wanted to
point out that we should avoid to limit the UI to simplify our life.

But I am very happy about the final outcome.
