The problem that I mentioned observed in table floats.

I couldn't dig that far, but I think table cursor is the one that
creates the problem. Table creates some confusion about the position
of cursor, then this screws the cursor position of float, etc..

A very good  test case is UserGuide.lyx. Just follow the cursor, while
selecting the lot entries. The cursor is supposed to go beginning of
the title of the float, but it goes somewhere in the table, even on
table borders. (you may not see wrong cursor everytime)

figure floats has not the same problem.
