I agree that we shall take the time to speed up 1.5. But you should
make sure first that Jose will give you the time to do it well...
The real problem is that I am not sure _I_ will find the time to it
properly. But I am reasonably confident that (with enough time) we
could achieve single line updates, including within insets. And this
will be a huge improvement over 1.4 (which only has single paragraph
updates outside of insets).
I think 1.4 already does this. Unless somebody broke it... Remember that's why
the "Wide" thing was necessary. If it doesn't do single row updates also
within insets, that was for nothing.
