The problem is apparently that CMake relies on QT_INSTALL_LIBS which was
set depending on Joost's personal path to qt.

Can that be corrected Peter?

cmake gets all qt paths from qmake, now you run cmake with a different qmake,
thus the error. You could delete all QT variables in CMakeCache.txt and run 
cmake
again.

I think this is something else as I remove CMakeCache.txt before trying.

maybe it is easyer with the cmake gui: cmakesetup.
