I've fixed the development wiki so that you can use it, but unfortunately
the previous content is gone since a few weeks, and it's my fault...
Skipping the details, I deleted it by accident while trying to stop an
insistent spam intrusion. Unfortunately aussie does not have sufficient
backup...
I have been meaning to bring this issue to the list's attention, but as
you've been busy I didn't want to distract you. Anyway, I'll bring up the
future of development wiki in another post.
I have sort of rescued the the majority of the pages in a static form
using google's cache, and they can be found from this page:

I think the majority of missing pages with some actual content are the
ones I started on recently when documenting the LFUNs :-(
