I notice the following small bug in amsart-plain.layout:
Input amsart.layout -> Input amsdef.inc -> Input ammsmath.inc
Input amsmaths-plain.inc
Thus both Theorem and Theorem* appear in the layout combobox, which is not
useful, and if you choose both you get a LaTeX error as they define the
same newtheorem*.
Now my question. As I don't like very much the layout combobox, I wrote
my own
ui files containing all the layouts of the five main classes I generally
use. Does
there is a way to have active in the menus only the layouts which are in
the class
used by the document (and not all the layout appearing in the ui file)?
