Do "Display" and "Scale(%)" refer to output in LyX? It's not really clear.If this is the case, I don't like the new tabs. If a user inserts a new graphics, he is more concerned about LaTeX output than about how his graphics is shown in LyX. The dialog suggests the opposite.
