toolbars are (still) funky here.

i use the following default.ui settings:

Toolbars
        "standard" "on,top"
        "extra" "on,bottom"
        "review" "off,top"
        "table" "table,bottom"
        "math" "math,bottom"
        "minibuffer" "off,bottom"
End


on startup i see this:
