I have the same problem, but I don't use scons.
make clean in qt4/, reconfigure, make, and I still get
GuiImplementation.C:123:37: error: GuiImplementation_moc.cpp: No such
file or directory
I added GuiImplementation.C and GuiImplementation.h to the list of
MOCFILES
in "src/frontends/qt4/Makefile.dialogs".
Don't know if this is the correct fix though. Nonetheles, I am able
to compile again.
