Ok, I'll just modify it slightly. This hould be fine:

         The function 'window-close' closes the active LyX window. If no 
         LyX window is currently in focus, the last window in focus will 
         be closed. Closing the last LyX window will also close LyX (by 
         calling 'lyx-quit'). See 'window-new' for more details.
