Yes and No.
So, to some extend, make might go wrong after 'svn up', and it is
safer to go through the whole lenghy process. In my case, 'scons
install -j4' is all I need to do.
Anyway, I know the performance problem of scons... :-) There has been
a big thread on scons/dev yesterday because Thomas has released his
waf 1.0 which claims to be 10 times faster than scons. The scons
developers seem to be interested, although Thomas' proposal was more
extreme: release scons as it is and switch to waf!
