I've added support for precompiled headers on msvc.
You could enable it with the option -Dpch=1.
I've added most headers (it's maybe an overkill), but
they could be disabled with the macros LYX_DONT_PRECOMPILE_*
in config.C.cmake/config.C
I'm interested in some speedup numbers.
Before it was 17.30 minutes.
After it is 10 minutes.
