Sure, with caveats. First I tried building it with -no-qt3support, got working libraries but the font used for menus and other things was a [EMAIL PROTECTED] thing. I did not find anything to change that default as qtconfig was not built. Then I discovered that I had to let the qt3support thing in if I wanted qtconfig. This way I can change the default font, but not much other things. I attach here a screen shot of lyx-qt4 obtained with xwd -frame > foo.xwd convert -geometry 100% foo.xwd foo.png on the Cygwin X-server with an "ssh -X" session to the solaris box (which I have not handy now). Rest assured that the bad quality is not due to graphics conversion... > > The net result is that Qt4 on Solaris is *much* worse than Qt3. > > What does TT say? I can't claim support from them as I don't have a licence. I am using the opensource version. -- Enrico
