Well I commented out the explicit in lyxstring.h (I think this was an
already proposed fix, but I did delete it too fast this morning ;), till
Lars will come up with something else which works IMO this is ok!
(this will be comitted to CVS if noone tells me a better fix) and Lars
don't complain this IS a fix which permits compilation again so until
you put in a better one just don't tell me this is wrong #:O)
