In the long run I'd like to see everything in namespace lyx (but not
much deeper). So I agree with Angus.
Having said that, it is less work to move everything in a single shot
than to move it bit by bit, so I have no strong opinion on whether it
should be in the namespace _right now_.
Another candidate for your TODO list in Denmark ;-)
