The idea is that these different parameters are ignored when
typesetting. This means that even if the document has a different
textclass, this should not matter.

It is not clear to me how to handle the different textclass problem:
one can include an article in a book if the article does not use the
abstract environment, for example. It should be possible to test the
layouts used in a document, and check that they have the same
semantics (LatexType, LatexName, LatexOptions, and probably some
others) in both classes.

I think the child should keep its preamble, but when it is loaded at
child, instead of Document>Settings, we would have Document>Master
Settings and Document>Child Settings, or something like that.
