I think this one is pretty straight forward, here's the description I'm 
thinking of:

The LFUN 'appendix' is used inside a document to tell LyX that what 
follows this point will be appendices. See the LyX User's 
Guide (section 3) for additional information.

Note that appendicies can only start in one place in your document and if 
you had started appendices somewhere else in your document, they will 
after using 'appendix' instead start at this point.

In this case section 3.3.4.5 describes 'Creating an Appendix' and is what 
I would like t refer to. Do we have something like labels that I can use 
when referring to the documentation? One solution is of course to not 
refer to anything more specific than section 3 - as I did above.

I am constrained by the fact that the source of the description above will 
reside in LyXAction.C, so LyX's normal mechanism for labels will probably 
not work (or?). A user will however more likely read the text somewhere 
else (maybe the wiki), and it will have been extracted using some script 
or something.

Ideas?
