I tested accept/reject change last night. AFAICS, they work exactly as
expected.
If the selection covers more than one change, all changes are
accepted/rejected correctly. This also works if the selection spans more
than one paragraph and/or covers both deleted and inserted text. The
only thing that does not work is accepting/rejecting changes in nested
insets. In case of insets, you have to enter the inset. Personally, I
consider this as a nuisance but not as a show-stopper.
Therefore, I see no reason to remove the entries from the menu. Whether
we apply the getStatus() patch is a different issue, of course.
