This code, the dispatch hierarchy is not very old.
And you have to talk to the creators of this "modern" dispatch thing
to get the reason, if any.

It is not a different lyxtext that is the problem, but a different
dispatch. With this change the dispatch hierarchy is entered not at
the top anymore.

| Code that is not understandable is bad and should be simplified.
I can agree with that, but in general it cannot be simplified before
we understand it.
