I applied the changes on which you agreed. Personally, I think that
function inset-dissolve should also be promoted a little bit. There is
no way for the average user to get notice of it. If its name is
misleading, it should be changed.
Anyway, I don't intend to start an endless discussion on inset-dissolve.
