This file is not exported correctly to LaTeX by current (CVS)LyX.
There is a superflous closing brace *after* the dot.
(I think it stems from paragraph.C line 2070).

PS: It could be exported correctly once you stick

between the \end_float and the dot. I found this by chance but I don't
think we are supposed to edit .lyx files manually...
