I at least want that to be a thought through thing. Not something we
do just because some of us don't want to do the work up updating it.
Then please tell us what needs to be thought through. Some weeks ago you
mentioned some prerequisites. These precondition have been fulfilled in
the mean-time. Are there any new requirements?
