Ispell is even older and not available for Windows. Currently there is
no option other than Aspell.
If we are going to switch, we should go for Enchant. This is a library
that makes it is possible to support Aspell/Pspell, Ispell, HunSpell,
MySpell, Uspell, Hspell and Mac OS X Applespell.
For a Windows release Hunspell is the best one, it's also used by
OpenOffice.org and Abiword.
