I've found a reliable way to produce a segfault:
1. Load the attached file (using 'lyx bug.lyx')
2. Press down
3. Press Backspace
4. Press C-Z (undo)
5. Press Backspace

Most of the times, a segfault occurs after (5).
If not, repeat steps 4 & 5.

However, it is possible that this segfault is caused by a different reason
(a bug in the undo code)
