Code clean (linuxdoc import)

Hi,
        I'm looking at the linuxdoc import code as suggested
several months ago by Jean-Marc.

        My plan is the following:

        Remove the code in BufferList::loadLyXFile(...) at bufferlist.C,
that is the only instance where RunLinuxDoc(level, s) is called with level=-1.

        Should I remove IsSGMLFilename from support/filetools.[Ch]? This function
is not used after this removal.

        Remove the corresponding code in RunLinuxDoc and replicate it in
void LyXFunc::doImportLinuxDoc(), as in import latex or ascii?

        Any ideas are welcome. :)
