Hmmm... It appears to be not that clearcut. As I look into it, many
documents don't show this behavior. The Tutorial, User's Guide, etc. are
all fine.
Naturally, the document I am working on is the one that shows off this
bug. :-(
I can send you the document, but only after I reduce it from its current
28+ pages.
