I just now finished fixing all the clashes I had with the last changes
from Lars to the new inset-code I made. As I really don't have the time
to spend hours on just fixing clashes I'm commiting my code NOW (well I'll
wait a bit say till 16:00 so you have time to stop me with REALLY good resons;)
I made draw const as Lars did and did not modify the other insets, so this
commit should be fairly save. I did try the insets with the UserGuide
loaded and had no misbehaviour or other behaiviour then in the lyx-devel.
