As you surely have seen LyX tells you to NOT use the 0.89 version after
configure is finished. There are BUGS inside the 0.89 version which trigger
some strange behaviour. I already corrected them for T.C. and sent him a
patch there should come a 0.90 version soon (I hope ;)
