known problem, feel free to make us draw the cedilla better.

When LyX encounters a char that does not exist in the current font it
tries to find an approx way of writing it. This is "hand" draw and are
in many cases not very nice. We thought this better than putting \k{S}
in ERT on the screen.
We have better ways of doing this planned.
