Hi all,
I decided to switch from lyx 1.0.4 to lyx 1.1.4pre2 to check to newest
feature... I compiled from source the tarball and all compiled OK. The problem
was when I made a make install... it stopped with :

I edited the Makefile under lib/reLyx/ and replaced the line:
prefix = ./reLyX
with the line:
prefix = .
After that it installed OK. My system is a slackware 7.0 vanilla (egcs 1.1.2)
and I used xforms-0.88. Hope this help.
By the way, I checked already the html export feature... very nice!!! Especially
for maths!! I opened my 200p thesis full of maths and graphics without any
problem... One side-note though, under KDE when the option 'Display content
when resizing' is on, the lyx window doesn't resize well, tits*, the scroll bar
gets scrambled and acts weirdly. I don't know if this is kwm's or lyx's fault
but I thought I could tell you in case (this is kde-1.1.2).
