2 bugs in 1.1.4pre1 and pre2

Morning all,

2 bugs to report.

1. I'd like to conform that the "view xdvi" option isn't working correctly
anymore. LaTeX is run only once always. To get tables of contents etc, I have
to manually select "update dvi"

2. the bibtex thingy is broken. It works from within LyX, but LaTeX can't find
the .bib file, so the output has (?) all over the place. Manually exporting the
.lyx file to .tex and running LaTeX myself works fine.
