Dear Jean-Marc,
I downloaded lyx-devel today and restarted beta testing. Surprisingly,
there is no problem with loading lyx files any more. Good work!
Moreover, it seems like some memory allocation problems have vanished
when putting the macro in text2.C in a comment (I don't know whether
there is a real causal dependency between both).
Unfortunately, a collegue and me were able to trap a few other problems
that I will comment in the following emails. Nevertheless you are on the
right track!
