Or in my case:
using ssh2 and cvs update
Disconnected; authentication error (No further authentication methods
available.).
I've tried ssh2 -v baywatch.lyx.org (and also aussie but it fails too):
debug: connecting to baywatch.lyx.org
debug: entering event loop
debug: ssh_client_wrap: creating transport protocol
debug: ssh_client_wrap: creating userauth protocol
debug: Remote version: SSH-1.99-2.0.13 (non-commercial)
debug: Host key found from the database
debug: client_disconnect: No further authentication methods available.
Disconnected; authentication error (No further authentication methods
available.).
debug: uninitializing event loop
I get the same message for aussie and baywatch. I can telnet in and I
even tried sshing to my box here from baywatch and I get the same message
-- only the names have been changed obviously. This is a worry though
because I don't have a private key on baywatch only my public key.
Hmmm... our network here is currently having firewalls installed and
changed on a daily basis -- I see a connection with netstat on both
baywatch and my machine. Something weird going on.
I first noticed this on Friday afternoon but didn't worry to much. Then
on Sunday when I tried again the machines were down :(
